At General Mart Living, we know that whether preparing for holiday guests or an upcoming camping road trip, prompt delivery is vital. We partner with established British courier networks to deliver your inflatable beds and portable sleep products safely to your door.

1. Postage Rates & Nationwide Coverage

• Standard Delivery Charges: 100% Free Tracked Shipping on all inflatable beds, car mattresses, and folding floor mats. There are zero handling fees or remote postcode surcharges applied at checkout.
• Coverage Area: We deliver to all destinations across the entire United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and UK offshore regions).

2. Order Processing, Cut-Off & Transit Schedules

• Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM UK Time (GMT / BST during daylight saving hours). Orders submitted after 2:00 PM will commence depot handling on the subsequent business morning.
• Warehouse Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Mattresses undergo protective packaging and are transferred to our courier partners.
• Courier Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday) for all UK destinations.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days from your order placement date.

3. Weekend & UK Bank Holiday Clause

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Public Holidays (Bank Holidays) are not classified as operational handling or transit days. Orders completed during weekends or official national holidays will begin processing on the following working business day, with courier transit schedules adjusting accordingly.

4. Consignment Tracking

The moment your consignment leaves our packing depot, an automated dispatch notification email with your active parcel tracking link will be sent to your email address, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.
