Product Care & Help Guide

Inflatable beds and portable air mattresses provide flexible comfort when cared for properly. To prevent unexpected punctures and ensure reliable airtight performance, please observe these practical care tips:

1. Initial Inflation & PVC Stretching

  • Material Settling: During the first 24 to 48 hours of use, PVC material naturally stretches under body weight and ambient temperature shifts. This may feel like an air leak, but it is simply normal material expansion. A quick top-up with the air pump restores full firmness.
  • Avoid Over-Inflation: Do not inflate air beds past a firm, comfortable feel; extreme pressure strains internal heat-welded seams.

2. Ground Preparation & Puncture Prevention

  • Surface Check: Always clear the floor, car trunk, or tent base of small stones, sharp sticks, pet claws, or metal debris before rolling out your mattress.
  • Protective Layer: Using a thin blanket or ground sheet underneath adds extra protection when camping outdoors.

3. Deflation, Cleaning & Storage

  • Surface Cleaning: Wipe flocked surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soapy water. Never submerge electric built-in pumps in water.
  • Dry Storage: Ensure the mattress is completely dry before folding to prevent mildew, and store away from radiators or direct heat sources.
