How much do you charge for UK delivery?

Standard delivery is 100% free on every inflatable bed, car mattress, and folding floor mat sent anywhere in the United Kingdom. There are no minimum order spend thresholds or unexpected checkout fees.

How long will it take for my inflatable bed to arrive?

Orders received before 2:00 PM (UK Time) require 1–2 business days for warehouse preparation, followed by 3–5 business days of courier transit. Total expected delivery time is 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

What if an air mattress doesn't fit my car or room?

We provide a 28-day return window. Every package includes a prepaid return shipping label inside the box. As long as the mattress is clean, undamaged, and repacked with all accessories, you can return it by mail completely free of charge.

Are there any restocking or return shipping fees?

None at all. We do not deduct restocking fees, and return postage is 100% free when using the enclosed prepaid return label.

When will my refund be completed?

Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item at our depot, our team completes inspection and issues your full refund directly back to your original Visa or Mastercard account.

What payment methods are accepted at checkout?

To ensure high payment security and protect your details, we exclusively accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. We do not accept other payment methods.
